Shipping/Returns/Exchanges

Shipping:

Orders take 3-5 days to process. 

Pre-orders take 14 business days to ship.

T-shirts take up to 7 days to ship.

During holidays or major promotions processing time may take longer than normal. Once your order is processed and has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Shipments are delivered by USPS OR FEDEX, Ntune Fitness nor Coach Chelsea Goss do not take responsibility if either postal carrier delays the delivery of your package as it is 100% out of our company’s control.

Returns/Exchanges:

All Sales Are Final. 

Due to COVID-19 we are not currently accepting any returns until further notice. Please view the size chart and read the full description of the product you are interested in purchasing. Please email ntunefitness@gmail.com for any other questions or concerns.
